Ranch at Whispering Springs
The Ranch at
Whispering Springs is a 148-lot subdivision located in El Paso County immediately adjacent to the city subdivision of Springs Ranch. As of
October 2006, this project has been zoned PUD with a PUD development plan
approved by the county. The final plat for the 68 lots in Filing 1 has been conditionally approved by El Paso County Planning Commission
and Board of County Commissioners.
The project is located in the Cherokee Metropolitan District.

The project has a gently rolling topography, which provides many
spectacular views of the mountains and Pikes Peak. The average lot
size will be 50 X 105, and we anticipate that the type of housing will
be a continuation of the housing that has sold well in Pronghorn
